The Associate of Applied Science in Digital Media Production degree prepares students for a career in film, video, or audio editing. Students will be able to pursue a career in cinematography, camera operation, and more after training in our professional recording studio with hands-on experience. The hands-on learning opportunities and projects completed will lend to a portfolio graduates can use to help them land the job!

Students will also gain skills and experience to become producers and directors in the entertainment, film and music industry. This program will bring in experts from the field to teach courses, offer advice, and provide students with internship opportunity connections.

Learn the foundation skills of pre-production, production, and post-production in a variety of formats. Bachelor of Applied Science in Media & Communication Studies with a concentration in Digital Communication

The Bachelor of Applied Science in Media and Communication Studies with a concentration in Digital Communication is a program that prepares students for a career in broadcasting, journalism, digital media or marketing. Students gain real broadcasting experience through our campus radio station. As a communication professional, you will learn and shape how people share, receive and process information. The Bureau of Labor Statistics estimates that roughly 27,400 new positions will open up in this field before 2024.
