Calculate your grade point average (GPA) using the quality points system. These calculations should not be considered your official GPA at West Virginia University at Parkersburg, but an indication of what you should expect to receive.
Your GPA is calculated using Quality Points. Quality Points are calculated by multiplying the number of credit hours for a class by grade points.
Courses with numbers beginning with a 0 (such as Math 021) do not count in GPA calculation.

Divide the total number of Quality Points by the number of credit hours (in this example, 21 divided by 10). This calculates your GPA (21/10 = 2.10).
