Joining a Zoom Meeting with a URL
You can join a meeting by simply clicking on the meeting URL that has been shared with you. If you are on a mobile device, you may need to download the Zoom Cloud Meetings application from your device’s App Store before clicking on the meeting URL. If you are on a desktop or laptop computer, the Zoom application will download when you click the URL.
Joining A Zoom Meeting with A Meeting ID
Using a Meeting ID with the Zoom Application Installed
- Open the Zoom Application
- Click Join a Meeting
- Enter the Meeting ID number
- Enter your Name
- Click the blue Join button
Using a Meeting ID without the Zoom Application Installed
- Go to zoom.us
- Click on the Join button on the page
- Enter the Meeting ID number
- Click the blue Join button
Allow the Zoom application to download and click the installer to install the application. The meeting will auto join once the application has been installed
