Description

American Sign Language for Beginners 2 is for those who have already gone through an introductory course, or know basics of ASL. The focus of this course will be taking the next step in conversational sign language and building upon understanding information regarding deaf culture. The goal is to be able to communicate on a basic-to-intermediate level with the deaf and hard of hearing people whom you may encounter in the workplaces or everyday social events. This is perfect for kids and families or anyone who has an interest in Sign Language.

Class dates: (Every Tuesday for 10 weeks): March 3, 10, 17, 24 & 31; April 7, 14, 21 & 28 and May 5
