Learn to Drive with Confidence!
Earn your WV Driver’s License with WVU Parkersburg’s Driver Training Program. Designed to build hands-on skills and confidence behind the wheel; most of the course takes place directly in the driver’s seat. This program is open to anyone who holds a valid instructional permit or driver’s license.

How To Enroll?
The process to register for this program is the same as all WVU Parkersburg courses:
- Apply
- To apply, please go to https://wed.apply.wvup.edu/. Click on “Start Application” and create your account – make sure to save your login details.
- What happens after Submission:
- Please wait 1 – 2 business days after submission for a Program Coordinator to reach out and discuss class and payment details
- Class Registration
- A coordinator will register you for the class after confirmation of payment arrangements and course commitment.
- Arrange Payment
- Make arrangements to either pay or start a payment plan for the course fees.
- Enrolled
- After registration and payment, you will be officially enrolled in the class!
Additional Details
- Class Size: Minimum of 6 – maximum of 9 students
- Cost: $300 per person.
- DMV testing fees are not included.
- This program is not eligible for Financial Aid.
