
Advanced Manufacturing Technology
WVU Parkersburg’s Advanced Manufacturing Technology program prepares graduates for careers in the manufacturing sector. Advanced manufacturing technology graduates repair, troubleshoot and maintain a variety of manufacturing equipment including commercial, electrical and mechanical systems. Hands-on courses give our graduates practical experience in automation, instrumentation and process control systems, as well as basic machining skills in order to facilitate working with modern equipment.
Associate
Associate of Applied Science in Advanced Manufacturing Technology
Our Associate of Applied Science in Advanced Manufacturing Technology prepares graduates for the manufacturing processes related to traditional machine tools and CNC automated machining centers. We created this program in response to support the expanding Hino Motors operations in the Mid-Ohio Valley. At the core of this program is the design and application of effective solutions related to manufacturing, packaging, and distribution to keep up with industry needs.
What can I do with this degree?
