“West Virginia University at Parkersburg is committed to being a supportive partner to our local nonprofit agencies,” said Harris. “The institution is backing this commitment by providing our local nonprofit agencies with a no-cost financial training opportunity and the tips they need to maintain a high level of financial integrity and accountability.”
This event will allow nonprofit organizations that may have limited resources to eceive professional development and training for staff and board members. The workshop is intended to provide organizational employees with the knowledge to help them evolve and grow as nonprofit professionals.
“We are always excited to be able to extend the opportunity to our partner agencies for education and development,” said Stacy DeCicco, Executive Director of the United Way Alliance of the Mid-Ohio Valley. “This is a wonderful chance to hear pertinent information presented by a professional with years of tangible experience.
