With the advent of advanced management methods, cutting-edge technologies and global competition, the need for well-planned, focused training that targets your specific needs and helps deliver vital solutions to your business become imminent and essential. Highly specialized workforce training increases employee morale and will increase your organization workflow. Additionally, you will benefit from a workforce with vested interest in meeting and exceeding your organization’s training goals.

Since its inception, the Workforce & Economic Development division’s Corporate Training Center has partnered with local businesses and industries to help meet all their specialized training needs. Each year, employees from business, industry, labor, and government are trained in areas such as technology, allied health, human resource and other high-demand areas.

At Workforce & Economic Development’s Corporate Training Center, we strive to provide high quality, training to your entire workforce. We will work with you to design customized training that will help your employees to become more productive and your business more competitive. Customized training can include unique professional training, skill certifications, and specific educational degree options. Convenient training can occur on our campus, on the work site, or in a neutral location with classes during lunch, after work, or weekend scheduling that limits impact on your workflow. Whether your employees need soft skills training or OSHA training, we can help. Our instructors and program facilitators are expert practitioners in their field. In addition, Workforce & Economic Development’s corporate training options are both affordable and flexible.
