Home Inspections are increasingly becoming a standard requirement of all real estate transactions including property insurance, bank financing, and real estate purchases. This 80 hour program prepares you to take the West Virginia and Kentucky State Home Inspectors Licensure Exam and qualifies you to be an Ohio State Home Inspector.
This course is offered in a series of five consecutive weekends, beginning October 5 thru November 3, 2013. Classes will meet from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in WCE Building of WVU Parkersburg. A certificate will be awarded on completion of the course.
The cost of the program is $1,895.00. Registration is due by October 1, 2013 to reserve your spot in this class. Ralph Thorne started the first Home Inspector business in the Mid-Ohio Valley in 1991 and is owner of his own consulting business. He has worked with many local agencies, including real estate, banks, FMHA, HUD, VA, electric companies and relocation companies. Ralph’s home inspection course curriculum is NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors) approved and built on years of personal experience. His Curriculum is accepted throughout the US.
Ralph also possesses a Master Trainer status from National Resource Center for OSHA. He has OSHA General Industry and Construction training certifications and is a training provider for National Home Inspector Examination, National Association of Home Inspectors, and the National Association to Certify Home Inspectors.
