Home Inspection Certification
January 26 - February 21, 2013
Saturdays and Sundays 8 am - 4 pm
Cost: $1,895.00
Maximum 20 Students

Home Inspections are increasingly becoming a standard requirement of all real estate transactions including property insurance, bank financing, and real estate purchases. This 80 hour program prepares you to take the West Virginia and Kentucky State Home Inspectors Licensure Exam and qualifies you to be an Ohio State Home Inspector.

This course is offered in a series of five consecutive weekends, beginning January 26, 2013 through February 21, 2013. Classes will meet from 8 am to 4 pm in WCE Building of WVU Parkersburg. A certificate will be awarded on completion of the course.
