Immunization
Records

For anyone applying to college who was born after 1957, immunization records for measles and rubella are required.  The four easiest places to obtain your immunization records are:

• High school records
• Parents
• Physician or local Health Department
• Military Records

If these sources do not provide you with your records, there are two additional options:

• Titer Test.  This is a blood test done on an out-patient basis, in which a small amount of blood is drawn and tested for measles and rubella antibodies.
• Immunization Shot. This can be accomplished at area health departments.
