Graduation Information

• NOTE: May 2010 Ceremony Participation Forms are due by March 26, 2010. Failure to return the form by March 26th will prohibit you from participating in the Graduation Ceremony.

  • The deadline to apply for May 2010 graduation is February 12, 2010. NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED.  
  • Applications for Graduation can be obtained in the Records Office or the Jackson County Center and must be returned to the Business Office or the Jackson County Center.  
  • Application fee is $25 and is non-refundable.  
  • All graduates will be sent a mailing in March asking you to inform us of your intent to participate in the December Commencement Ceremony.  Caps and gowns will be available from the Bookstore in April. If additional information is needed regarding caps and gowns, please contact the Bookstore at (304) 424-8240.
