What other forms besides the FAFSA do I have to submit?

Some students are required to complete and submit additional paperwork, as determined by the Department of Education, or if the Financial Aid Office believes a mistake may have occurred. This process is called verification; the student must fill out a verification worksheet, and provide us with a copy of the tax return(s) used to complete the FAFSA, so the information can be confirmed or modified.
