Do I have to be a full-time student to receive financial aid?

Not necessarily; financial aid is adjusted based on how many credit hours you are enrolled in per semester. For example, if you are enrolled in 6 credit hours (which is considered half-time) you will be eligible for half of your approved Pell Grant. You must have a minimum of six credit hours to receive financial aid.
