May 2008 Graduation

Commencement
The Commencement Ceremony will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2008 at 2:00 pm in the College Activities Center (Multi-Purpose Room). Further instructions will be posted here and mailed to all participants as the ceremony approaches.

All graduates are being mailed a ceremony participation form. Click here to print out a ceremony participation form. Please inform us of your intent to participate in the May graduation ceremony by Thursday, March 13, 2008. You may stop by the Records Office, phone (304) 424-8220, or email Leslie Sims with the information.

Failure to respond by March 13th will result in not being able to participate in the graduation ceremony.

Cap and Gown
*IMPORTANT NOTICE: May 2008 graduation regalia will be custom made.

Caps, gowns, tassels, announcements, and souvenir specialty items will be available for purchase in the Bookstore during the Grad Fair on Wednesday, April 9th from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. If you can not attend the Grad Fair on April 9th, you may purchase the attire until 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 16th. Pricing for the total regalia package will be $46.94. You may contact Michele McVey in the Bookstore for more information.
