Information pertaining to the disposal of surplus property can be found in the Purchasing Handbook.  From time to time, West Virginia University at Parkersburg's Purchasing Department holds sealed bids to dispose of surplus property.   Information regarding these bids will be posted in this and in legal ads of the local newspaper.
