Associate in Arts

The Associate in Arts degree is designed for transfer to other colleges and universities.  Students who expect to earn a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree at any other institution in any of the following fields should plan to enroll for this degree at WVU Parkersburg:

Major Fields:  Art, Education, English, French, Geography, German, History, Journalism, Mathematics, Music, Philosophy, Political Science, Psychology, Religion, Social Work, Sociology, Spanish, Speech and Theatre.

Please Note:

Students enrolled in the AA degree prior to Fall 2009 have the option of choosing which of the two versions of the degree they would prefer and should indicate their preference at the time they apply for graduation.

Students declaring their major for the Fall 2009 semester or thereafter should follow the post-Fall 2009 audit sheet.
