Encyclopędia Britannica is the world's most comprehensive reference product, a distinction it has held since its first publication in 1768.
Encyclopędia Britannica Online includes the complete encyclopedia, as well as Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary and Thesaurus, Britannica Student Encyclopedia and the Britannica Book of the Year. MSN Encarta This online encyclopedia has been created and placed on the Web by Microsoft to act as "your gateway for interactive learning on the Web." It merges the facts and figures from its encyclopedia with the information in a dictionary, a thesaurus and an atlas. In addition, the site contains various multi-media features as well as educational news and help with your homework.
