Application for Phi Theta Kappa (if you have a 3.5 GPA, over 12 hours of 100 level or higher classes, and are currently working on an Associates Degree - you may join) The fee is $70.00 for lifetime membership and this includes National, Regional and local dues - and it may be paid in installments of $30, $20, $20.00 increments.
