About WVU Parkersburg


West Virginia University at Parkersburg is a community college, affiliated with West Virginia University, which offers students a blend of certificate and associate programs as well as select bachelor's degrees.  There are approximately 86 full-time faculty and more than 100 staff employees.  More than 4,300 students attend WVU Parkersburg and its Jackson County Center in nearby Ripley, WV.  (For more information, click here.)   WVU Parkersburg is the fifth largest college in West Virginia and the only community college accredited to offer baccalaureate degrees.
