These classes are provided by West Virginia University at Parkersburg to offer you fun and affordable learning opportunities. These are community classes, so you don’t need to be a student of WVUP to register.

This class is for all ages and fitness levels with no yoga experience required. Intended to calm the mind while getting the body moving, students will learn the therapeutic benefits of yoga in this slow, flowing practice with linked breathing. Students are encouraged to bring yoga mat and props; such as blocks or blankets.

This class is the first in a series of six. Remaining class sessions will be held on July 7th, July 14th, July 21st, July 28th August 4th from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. each day.

This class is taught by Beth Najewicz and the registration fee is $25.00.
