Winter can be a beautiful and exhilarating time to go out and create images, from holiday lights and snow-covered landscapes to wildlife and children playing in the snow! However, cold temperatures can make your winter excursion chilling, challenging and dangerous for both you and your camera. Let’s keep it fun and safe!
In this class, students will learn how to stay warm and protect themselves from the cold, protect their camera, batteries and other gear from low temperatures, prepare for cold-weather emergencies, watch the weather for the best photo opportunities, how and why you may need to make exposure adjustments, plan for a road trip and more! Class cost – $25.
Pre-registration is required.
