Did you know that physical activity, nutrition, and stress management are the three areas that we all need to address to lead a healthier life? Wellness Works is a new initiative at WVU Parkersburg that can help you gain perspective on how to incorporate healthy living into your everyday lives. We support your fitness goals and want you to succeed! Wellness Works offers educational lectures, mindfulness & stress reduction sessions, as well as group exercise classes as they become available.
- To sign-up for Wellness Works, complete the Healthy Lifestyle Contract and return it to Pamela Santer, Wellness Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Once you’ve signed up, please complete this Activity Tracker as you complete your workouts or attend wellness activities. Not only do we want to know if you are working out, but we want to be part of your progress!

Employees: You can participate in wellness activities on campus for 30 minutes three times a week, while still clocked in. Employees can workout alone or as part of scheduled Wellness Works activity or class. To provide time for longer classes or workout sessions, this workout time may be added to employee lunch breaks.
