I. Course Description 

The second in the series of four courses required to prepare the student for the Cisco CCNA certification. Topics covered in this semester include routing, routers, router components, router configuration router protocols and router troubleshooting.

Project 1 - Individual students will install and configure a 5-router network in 50 minutes. 

Project 2 – Individual students will troubleshoot their 5-router network.

The course itself serves as an assessment of the Cisco Certified Network Associate certification requirements. Successful course completion as well achieving the CCNA certification demonstrates that students have mastered the criteria.

This course is designed to prepare the student for a career in the computer industry. Along with the above stated course objectives this course will prepare the student to take their actual Cisco certification exam.
