Consulting and Organizational Support Services
The Center for Corporate and Community Education provides consulting and support services to businesses and organizations on a fee-for-service basis in the following areas:
- Job Analysis
- Job Restructuring
- Compensation Planning
- Performance Appraisal System Development
As a part of the consulting and organizational support activity, the Center utilizes the
SHL's Work Profiling System (WPS), a business solution and HR decision support tool that allows you to define and design job roles, generate competency models, identify strategies for selection and development, and build performance management systems. It is suitable for use with entry level to senior managerial jobs.
