Home Inspection is a rapidly growing field and quickly becoming a standard part of real estate buying and selling transactions.
This 80-hour program prepares students for the West Virginia State Home Inspectors Licensing Exam.
Students will become familiar with all aspects of home inspection including: grading, foundations,
structures, roofing, exteriors, insulation, electrical inspection, HVAC inspection, plumbing, interiors and
environmental issues. In addition, there will be actual in field home inspections and virtual inspections.
