West Virginia University at Parkersburg’s student environmental group, the Ecohawks, will host an Earth Day Celebration on Monday, April 23 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the College Activities Center. The event is free and open to the public.

WVU Parkersburg to present three-part opioid education series beginning March 29

West Virginia University at Parkersburg will present a three-part education series to bring opioid addiction awareness to the Mid-Ohio Valley. The series, “Opioid Addiction: Educating, Responding, Treating,” takes place Thursdays, March 29, April 5 and April 12 at 6 p.m.
