2014 WVU Parkersburg Foundation Art Award recipients announced

Students Lorraine (Lori) Santer and Richard Isaac Cain are the West Virginia University at Parkersburg Foundation Art Award 2014 recipients. Each received a $500 purchase award for their work to be included in WVU at Parkersburg Foundation’s permanent art collection.
