Enrollment Requirements

Admission to the Chemical and Polymer Operator Technician Learn and Earn program at WVU Parkersburg is open to students who meet the following requirements:

  • Fully admitted to WVU Parkersburg
  • 2.0 cumulative grade point average (GPA), high school or college. Candidates who have been out of high school more than five (5) years or who have a GED, and have not been enrolled in college, may submit evidence of work history to be considered for admission.
  • Successfully pass a drug screening.
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check – No criminal convictions within the last seven (7) years.
