P.E.O. International awards scholarship to WVU Parkersburg student

Philanthropic Educational Organization (P.E.O.) International has awarded West Virginia University at Parkersburg student Vickie Sargent a scholarship for the 2015-2016 school year. Sargent competed against nominees across the nation for the scholarship.
