WVU Parkersburg to celebrate graduates at spring commencement, pinning ceremony

On Saturday, May 16 at 2 p.m., West Virginia University at Parkersburg will recognize the accomplishments of its graduates at the Spring 2015 commencement ceremony in the College Activities Center. Congressman David McKinley will be the commencement speaker.
