Real Estate Pre‑Licensure January 11 thru February 17, 2013 Friday evenings 6 ‑10 pm Saturday & Sunday 9 am ‑ 6 pm Cost: $1,200.00 Maximum 25 Students The Workforce and Community Education Division of WVU at Parkersburg will be offering a Real Estate Pre‑Licensure course January 11 to February 17, 2013. Classes will meet on Fridays from 6 to 10 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am to 6 pm. This program is accredited by both the West Virginia Real Estate Commission and the Ohio Division of Real Estate. CLASS SCHEDULE: Real Estate Appraisal Jan. 11, 12 & 13 20 hours Principles & Practices Jan. 18, 19, 20 & Jan. 25, 26, 27 40 hours Real Estate Law Feb. 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, & 10 40 hours Real Estate Finance Feb. 15, 16 & 17 20 hours Thank you for your interest in the Real Estate Pre‑Licensure course.
