Private Investigator Course begins Feb. 23, registration closes
Feb. 5, 2013 West Virginia University at Parkersburg is offering a 60-hour training class for licensing in the state of West Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia. This course covers private investigator state laws and licensing, basic law and procedures, general investigative skills, report writing, surveillance and the various types of investigations. Louis Roy, coordinator of the WVU Parkersburg Criminal Justice program, will be instructing. He has taught private investigation classes for several years and also owned a private investigation firm.
