Leadership Academy Participants in West Virginia University at Parkersburg's 2011-2012 Leadership Academy class are advancing several projects to better serve students, faculty and staff. As part of the academy's activities, team members are working on projects ranging from student engagement to expansion of the Jackson County Center. As part of the class, the group also meets monthly to discuss components of Kouzes & Posner's book "The Leadership Challenge." Academy co-facilitators are Cindy Kelley and Denise McClung.
