FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The West Virginia University at Parkersburg Board of Governors will meet Wednesday (May 11) at the college.

The 5:45 p.m. meeting will be held in Room 2209 and is open to the public.

Action items on the agenda include a rules of engagement agreement between the college and the WVU at Parkersburg Foundation Inc. for 2011-2012 and a special pay plan for the college's chief executive.
