Campus Student Plaza.  WVU Parkersburg President Marie Foster Gnage and West Virginia State Senator J. Frank Deem look over an area in the campus' front yard where a student plaza will be developed.  Senator Deem secured $30,000 from the Governor's Community Participation Grant program to contribute to the development of the plaza which will feature a 16-foot clock tower.
