WVU Parkersburg's Riverhawks Basketball Club to host Wheeling Jesuit Nov. 19.

RiverhawksThe West Virginia University at Parkersburg "Riverhawks" Basketball Club will play Wheeling Jesuit University's junior varsity team Friday (Nov. 19) at Parkersburg High School's Memorial Fieldhouse.

Tipoff is 7 p.m. The game is free and open to the public.  

WVU Parkersburg's team is coached by faculty member Louis Roy, who is coordinator of the college's Criminal Justice program.

The Riverhawks won the season's opening game Nov. 14 against the University of Rio Grande junior varsity team, 87-76.

This is the second year that WVU Parkersburg has fielded a basketball club as well as several other club team sports, including women's volleyball and men's soccer.
