A student team from West Virginia University at Parkersburg took second place honors in the crime scene competition at the 13th annual West Virginia Criminal Justice Educators Association conference. Eight teams vied for honors in the competition. WVU Parkersburg's team included (left to right) Parkersburg freshmen Racheal Aronhalt, Drew Kefeli, Kelsey Harbin, Tonya Harris and Joe Jones. Theme of the conference was "Responding to Change in a Changing World."  The conference was held at West Virginia State University.
