Rotaract chapter being formed at WVU at Parkersburg.CONTACT: David Lusty, instructor of business and finance, 304-424-8262.FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASEA Rotaract chapter is being formed at West Virginia University at Parkersburg.
An organizational meeting will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday (Jan. 16) in Room 1407 on campus. The Rotaract chapter is open to all WVU Parkersburg students.
Rotaract is a Rotary-sponsored service organization for young men and women, ages 18 to 30. Rotaract chapters are designed to provide opportunities for members to address their communities’ physical and social needs while promoting international understanding and peace through a framework of friendship and service.
The WVU Parkersburg chapter is sponsored by the Parkersburg Rotary Club.
Serving as faculty advisor for the Parkersburg campus chapter is David Lusty, instructor of business and finance, 424-8262.
