Recycling Grant Awarded.  West Virginia University at Parkersburg is the recipient of a $44,831 state grant to initiate a campus recycling project. The 2009 Recycling Assistance grant is from the state’s Department of Environmental Protection. The college will use the grant funds to purchase a recycling truck, various containers, promotional materials, wheeled bulk collection recycling containers and a three-bin recycling trailer.
