Visibility of the West Virginia University at Parkersburg campus from Route 47 will be enhanced in a project designed to level the banks which front the college property along Swisher Lane and the old Staunton Avenue Pike.   The project is part of a $3.75 million series of initiatives accomplished this summer involving campus aesthetics, energy efficiency and safety.
