WVU Parkersburg to host Coldwater Creek Lecture Series presentation on customer service.

West Virginia University at Parkersburg will host a presentation April 24 by the senior vice president of distribution for Coldwater Creek.

Gerard El Chaar will discuss the topic of customer service during the free session, open to the public and the campus community. 

The presentation will be held at 4:30 p.m., April 24, in the theater of the Caperton Center for Applied Technology on the WVU Parkersburg campus.

The Coldwater Creek Lecture Series is designed to offer opportunities to consider business concepts, advances and ideologies in real-world practice. The series fosters interaction of students and community members with regional business leaders who share experiences and expertise.   Coldwater Creek established the lecture series in collaboration with WVU Parkersburg to offer real-world business perceptions in classroom and seminar settings.
