WVU Parkersburg hosting regional workshop of state developmental education association.

West Virginia University at Parkersburg is hosting the regional spring workshop of the West Virginia Association for Developmental Education.

The 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. session will be held Friday (April 11) in the college's Community Room.

The free workshop is designed for part- and full-time faculty, academic support staff, and others involved in developmental education as well as those interested in learning more about the field.

Topics to be covered will include developmental English, math, and reading, ESL, tutoring, advising, and first-year experience.
