WVU Parkersburg students assist in relief efforts.
WVU Parkersburg junior Tim Rapson carries food and water to area residents in the hurricane-ravaged New Orleans area. Rapson was part of a WVU Parkersburg team which aided the military in relocating its joint operations center in New Orleans. Students also delivered aid to the area.
