College to present demonstration on accessing, using Foundation Center Cooperating Collection.

West Virginia University at Parkersburg will present a demonstration Saturday (April 30) on how to access and use a new comprehensive fundraising resource center housed in its library.
The demonstration of the Foundation Center Cooperating Collection will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday (April 30) in the college library. It is free and open to the public. Co-sponsors of the demonstration are the WVU Parkersburg Library staff and the Friends of the WVU Parkersburg Library.
The demonstration will cover the collection's 27 title reference collection on grants and grant writing as well as its online database of 80,000 foundations.
WVU Parkersburg's Cooperating Collection is available to area residents whenever the college library is open. Additional information is available by contacting library director Stephen Hupp at 424-8260.
The WVU at Parkersburg Foundation, WVU Parkersburg Library, and Parkersburg Area Community Foundation serve as the planning team for the Foundation Center Cooperating Collection.
