WVU Parkersburg to offer information sessions, open house highlighting Nursing program.

West Virginia University at Parkersburg's Nursing Department will host information sessions for students seeking admission to the college's Nursing program at 11 a.m., Tuesday (Oct. 5) in Room 2536, and 2 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 13, in Room 2331.

In addition, the department will hold an open house at 6 p.m., Oct. 19th in Room 2536.  All sessions are free and open to the public.

Information to be provided will include minimum admissions requirements, and the application process as well as individual counseling regarding progression toward a nursing career.  Julie Heller, instructor of nursing, will make a special presentation during the Oct. 19th open house.
