West Virginia University at Parkersburg is hosting the president of the University of Rousse (Bulgaria) and three of its faculty members this week. They will make a "Brown Bag Lunch" presentation to the WVU Parkersburg campus community at noon on Thursday (April 17) in Room 2536; the program is open to the public. Following that presentation, the Bulgarian delegation will be available to meet with the media.

Background: WVU Parkersburg received a $62,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Education's Fulbright-Hays Program last summer in which 13 of the college's faculty and students spent a month in Bulgaria. The University of Rousse served as the host institution and WVU Parkersburg is returning the favor.
