Fall semester classes get under way Monday (August 18) at West Virginia University at Parkersburg and the college is welcoming students to campus with a "Welcome Back Week" of events.

Poster sales and giveaway activities are planned Monday and Tuesday (August 18-19) in the college's multi-purpose room.  On Wednesday (August 20), the college will host  "Sundaes on Wednesday" with free ice cream in the campus courtyard from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.  Then, Thursday (August 21), the campus front lawn concourse will be the scene for a carnival for students.

Fall registration closes and all fees are due Friday (August 22).  Additional information about semester registration is available by contacting WVU Parkersburg's Admissions Office, 424-8220.
