    College has new Web address.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

West Virginia University at Parkersburg has a new virtual address.

The college’s new domain name is now www.wvup.edu.

WVU Parkersburg acquired the abbreviated address to facilitate access to its web site.  College officials said this will make it easier for anyone to find the college on the web either by typing it in or using an Internet search engine.

WVU Parkersburg’s web address had been www.wvup.wvnet.edu.
