Community Leaders to Help Open New ACT Center April 24, 2002

The new ACT Center at West Virginia University at Parkersburg is holding a Grand Opening/Open House. A state-of-the-art testing and training facility, the ACT Center is designed to help area residents advance their educations and careers by using the Internet and other technologies to provide fast, effective testing and training service. The center is one of only four in West Virginia.
